Fresh Yellowtail & Lane Snappers are a medium tasting flavoured fish

Not too many bones as they are medium to large sized fish

As with all snappers these are great fried and baked

Easy to prepare and versatile, they are a treat cooked in any way

You will have to work hard to spoil them!
