Fresh King Fish sometimes referred to as Wahoo and Spanish Mackerel is a medium to strong flavoured fish.

It has no scales and has smooth, shiny, thin silver skin.

The flesh is flavoursome firm and flaky.

There are only a few bones which separate from the flesh upon cooking a wonderful fish worth trying!
